We will take returns only if the product is unused or unopened. Removal of NASAN USA stamp, physical damage, scratches, water damage, or any other type of damage to the parts will void the warranty. No returns will be accepted after all sales are final unless the vendor approved. Customers have the responsibility to pay the return shipping costs and restocking fees. If the product got damaged during refurbishing, we will not take any responsible or take returns. Customers agree to take their own risk in implementing LCD/screen refurbishing. NASAN USA will not take responsibility for any damage caused by a customer using their customized settings on the machines. It is in the best interest of the customer to contact our support team before you set up the machines and run them for the first time.
